I started washing airplanes at the age of ten and gradually progressed to detailing planes in my spare time while attending Montana State University (Go Bobcats!). This is what gave me the idea passion for detailing airplanes as my career. I saw a demand that wasn't being filled with the right experience, equipment and attention to detail required and I'm anal when it comes to detail! I treat every plane like it's my own. Even while in the Navy, I detailed military aircraft. After trying some other career paths, I maintained my desire to start my own aircraft detailing business and in 2000 I started Dirty Bird Aircraft Detailing. For the past ten years I've been located at the Cumberland Regional Airport (CBE), Cumberland, MD where I've developed a reputation of excellence on the Eastern seaboard. I recently moved to Accident, MD.
Based on my experience at working at some of the higher end FBOs, I've incorporated added values to include a courtesy car and fuel discounts for your convenience.
